- You may return your purchase within 2days of delivery to exchange the product no redund should be allowed, provided item is in its original, unused condition with tags attached.

- Returned items must be in the same condition as they were delivered, with all original packaging and accessories.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

1.2 Exchange Process

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within the specified return period.

- Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange within 5-10 business days.

2. Cancellation

After dispatch cancellation is not allowed, cancellation has to be done within 3hrs
