We currently deliver across World-Wide to all major countries cities and towns. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

- Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated based on the delivery location and order value.

- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,500.

- Any additional charges, such as customs or taxes or custom clearance for specific regions, will be communicated upfront and it will be taken care by the customer from their own expenses.


3. Delivery Timeframes

- Standard Delivery: Usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

- Express Delivery (if available): 1-3 business days.

- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.


4. Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


5. Tracking Your Order

- You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

6. Delivery Issues

- Please ensure the correct shipping address and contact number are provided.

- In case of delivery failure or address issues, we will attempt to contact you.

- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept will incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.


7. Damage or Missing Items

- Please inspect your package upon arrival.

- Kindly take live video while opening your package without live video we will not entertain damage or missing reports

- Report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to our customer support for resolution.
